When we started expanding our company we had to switch phone services to a voip telephone system because our old service was just not up to speed. The efficiency of this new system has saved us time and money by keeping us in constant contact with our clients. This telephone system runs through an online database which allows you to take messages and telephone calls whenever you have access to your cell phone, or laptop. We don’t have to worry about training any of our employees with this system because the company does it for us. It is a great system I would implement at any company.
